I have just downloaded a new hotmail tool from www.live.com that is called Windows Live Mail Desktop. I find it really useful and you should try it out. I believe it is based in an Outlook type platform that almost everyone is familiar with. It is also very user friendly and customizable. You can also control more than one email account from it. Everyone should try it out and see how it works for them !
